What the app and website do
Aldealer and the Al Dealer Telecom website display the product catalogue, specifications, and available prices. The current app does not provide customer accounts, sign-in, or bank-card storage. The app cart is a guest cart and is stored locally on your device to remember your selections.
Orders and contact
When you choose to order through WhatsApp, the app or website opens WhatsApp so you can send your message to the store. That message and any information you choose to send are then handled under your settings and WhatsApp’s policy. Aldealer and this website do not receive bank-card payment details.
Website visit measurement
The website may record privacy-conscious visit measurement such as a non-identifying browser-local identifier, page path, visit time, and an available referrer hostname. It does not record IP addresses, customer accounts, search terms, or full referrer URLs, and respects available Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser preferences.
Retention and control
You can clear the Aldealer cart inside the app or remove the app to clear its local device data. If you contact the store through WhatsApp or another channel, use that service’s controls or contact us about your message. Aldealer has no customer account to delete.
If we later add sign-in, payment through an approved bank link, or a feature that uses additional data, this policy will be updated before that feature is used.
