Delivery in Beirut is free. Outside Beirut, delivery usually costs USD 5–15 depending on distance. For very distant areas, the delivery company’s rate applies and is usually USD 10–15.

Warranty terms
Coverage varies by product and responsible warranty service. For an opened phone, an exchange or service request is referred to the relevant warranty provider for the brand, such as IBM Care or Adcom for Apple, BMS for Samsung, and Arabia for Tecno and Infinix.
Returns & exchanges
An unopened phone may be returned within 24 hours, while an unopened accessory or other item may be returned within 7 days, without a customer fee. An exchange request for an opened phone is handled with the warranty provider responsible for the product and its condition; this does not mean an exchange is automatically approved.
